摘要:本文对形成树脂砂造型气缸体铸件表面微孔的可能性原因进行分析,根据分析结果采取相应的工艺措施,实施结果表明:型芯表面砂粒间隙过大是形成气缸体铸件表面微孔的主要原因;通过改进刷涂料工艺可减少铸件表面微孔数量约2/3。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons
of microporous formation on the resin sand molding cylinder block
surface.Results show that too large sand interval of the core surface is the
main reason for the formation of microporous.By improving the brush technique
of costing,approximately 2/3 microporous can be reduced.
