摘要：本文针对机加工自动线的特点,提出了引起加工废品的因素。并从刀具、毛坯、设备、操作者技能等方面具体分析了引起加工废品的原因及减少出现废品的措施。

Abstract: According to the characteristics
of machining automatic line,the factors which cause machinery waste products
are pointed in this paper.The reasons causing waste products and the measures
against the waster are also analyzed from such aspects as cutting tool,roughcast,facility,manipulators′skill and etc.
