摘要:基于MCS-51系列单片机开发了内燃机爆发压力监测系统,系统具备信号采集,峰值压力及压力升高率计算,液晶显示以及与上位机通信等功能。采用等间隔采样的方式,实现了对无转角信号的气缸爆发压力的采集,实验结果证明该系统能满足不同工况下内燃机爆发压力的监测要求,有较好的应用效果。

Abstract: Monitor system of explosion
pressure for internal combustion engine(ICE) is developed based on the MCS-51
microcontroller.The system realizes acquisition of explosion
pressure,calculation for explosion pressure and pressure rise rate,display on
the LED and communication with the host computer.With timer interrupt mode,the
system may achieve acquisition of explosion pressure with no crank angle
signal.Test results prove that the system meets the monitor requirements while
I.C.E in different conditions and gets good results.
