摘要:同种材质灰铸铁试样,进行拉伸试验时,试样的型式和直径的变化会对抗拉强度值有影响。本文以潍柴HT250为试验材料,对不同试样型式和试样直径试验结果进行了分析。结果显示,随试样直径的变小和试样直径部分的加长,抗拉强度值降低。

Abstract: For the same gray iron,the change
of sample type and diameter will influence the tensile strength value.In this
paper,the test results of gray iron samples with deferent type and diameter
were analyzed.Results show that the tensile strength value will decrease when
the gray iron samples' diameter becomes smaller and the effective diameter part
becomes longer.
